Afterwards, focus on reflection and taking action. Treat all experiences as valuable information and keep a pen and paper nearby to write or draw your experiences. Additionally, you can answer the following questions:
What was the most important revelation you were shown?
What actions do you need to take to align with your highest intention?
Read aloud what you have written and consider sharing your experience with trusted individuals for added compliance and accountability. Remember, reflection is not passive; it requires active emotional engagement. Dedicate time to it daily if possible. The more you listen, the more you'll be drawn to listen further. Listening is simple, but letting go is a journey that requires practice, patience, consistency, and kindness.
Give the part of yourself that once believed it was performing a positive function time to absorb, adapt, and process new information in different contexts. Challenge yourself through difficulties, as growth often comes from exposure to new experiences and embracing new perspectives. Although it may be uncomfortable, the rewards are always worth it. Initially, you may not fully believe you are experiencing significant changes, and that's okay. Remember, slow and steady change has a greater impact than instant success.
