The Chapters
-
This first chapter invites you into deep relaxation and opens a space to explore what you are seeking, whether it is clarity, direction, meaning, or simply the chance to become more yourself than ever before. Here we begin to question the narratives you carry, asking, “How do you know the things you think are true?” This moment marks the beginning, encouraging you to step beyond old stories and imagine the path that lies ahead.
-
Here you begin to enter the hypnotic state. Through gentle counting and steady breath, you are guided toward the Magic Garden, a safe and welcoming space. As your body softens and your awareness deepens, you drift toward a golden door. Passing through, you arrive in calm awareness, stepping into a sanctuary created for healing and renewal.
-
The Magic Garden unfolds as a place of both beginnings and endings, a living landscape for sowing seeds and pulling weeds. It is a sanctuary of growth, birth, loss, and renewal where every season of life is held in balance. Surrounded by colour, splendour, and harmony, you come to see that the garden grows as you do, reflecting your inner cycles of transformation.
-
Here you are guided into the shadows of the garden, invited to face the emotions and energies that hold you back. You are encouraged to connect with what feels heavy, limiting, or unresolved. With gentle attention, that negativity is located and recognised by noticing its colour, weight, size, texture, and temperature. In naming and knowing it, you take the first step toward release.
-
The focus now shifts back to the garden’s abundance, amplifying confidence and self-acceptance through the element of water. You are invited to stand tall in your own reflection, releasing comparisons and embracing your inner beauty with love. As the imagery expands, you step into a sailing boat. The waters carry you forward, opening into the possibility of a long and fulfilled life that stretches ahead with clarity and trust.
-
This chapter amplifies the quiet voice within, the inner wisdom that cuts through confusion and doubt. It reminds you of the guidance you already carry, the counsel you can trust, and the truths that live inside you. Even when the path feels unclear, you are affirmed in the knowledge that “even when you cannot see the sun, you know it is there.”
-
The journey now transcends the garden and rises into the stars. The Awakening is an intergalactic conclusion that lifts you into a weightless state where your inner light shines brilliantly. Surrounded by other stars, you are reminded of your power to radiate outward, to illuminate even those who may be difficult to love. This chapter calls you to recognise the good in others and to understand how your own light can awaken and uplift the consciousness of those around you.
how to listen
For the fullest experience, begin with the album in sequence, from the opening track through to Awakening. Once familiar, choose the meditation that meets you where you are: breathing for calming, recharging for movement, resting for deep restoration, or visualising for inspiration. Each has a specific function, all reaffirm growth, trust, and connection.
Before listening, set an intention. Create a quiet space, light a candle or diffuser if you wish, stretch your body, and allow yourself to arrive. Keep an open and curious mind. If thoughts interrupt, acknowledge them and let them pass like visitors. This work is safe, intentional, and keeps you fully in control. You will not lose yourself, you will wake more you.
On Awakening Awakening may stir energy that wants to move through dancing, stretching, or shaking. Let it move. Then turn to reflection. Write or draw what comes up. Ask yourself: What was revealed to me? What action brings me closer to my highest intention? Reading aloud or sharing with a trusted friend can anchor it. Change comes not through passivity but through active reflection, patience, and kindness.
Ways to Meditate
Breathing Meditation Breathe deeply into the diaphragm. Make your in-breath shorter than your out-breath to slow your heart rate and relax the muscles. Find your own rhythm. Relax your shoulders, soften your eyes and face.
Recharging Meditation After a few listens, try with your eyes open. Let your visual field expand, soften into your periphery. At times you may feel moved to dance, to embody feminine energy, to move freely. Raise your hands to the sky, palms open, to collect and receive energy.
Resting Meditation Sit or lie comfortably, palms open and upwards. Try not to fall fully asleep. If you do, listen earlier in the day. Even if you drift off, your subconscious is absorbing. When you return at the end, you will still be responding to the suggestions.
Visualising Meditation Eyes closed, visualisation strengthens. If images come easily, follow them. If not, focus on sound, feeling, colour, or simply knowing. Anchor a symbol, phrase, or image in line with your intention. Make it big and bright. Use it to redefine your reality and carry it into your day.
Safety Note Listen only when you can fully relax and focus in a safe environment. Do not use while driving, operating machinery, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not listen if you have been diagnosed with narcolepsy, epilepsy, schizophrenia, psychotic episodes, or certain psychiatric conditions. This work is not a substitute for medical advice. If you feel discomfort, open your eyes, breathe deeply, and return to the present. You are always in control.
A Reminder This Feeling Is You is not a quick fix. It is a practice of returning, listening, and surrendering. Change may take the time you need it to, but it is lasting. Each time you listen, you strengthen the part of you that trusts life, that trusts yourself. Change is inevitable. Your power lies within.

Desert is a Barcelona-based artistic duo consisting of Cristina Checa and Eloi Caballé. Together, they bring their individual talents as producers, composers, vocalists, and sound designers to create complex and hypnotic sounds. Their music reflects their distinctive creative universes and showcases their innovative approach to music production.
Jessica Boston is a London-based artist and acclaimed hypnotherapist whose work merges innovation with curiosity, guiding people into the depths of the subconscious to unlock hidden potential and spark transformation.
Conceived in 2017, This Feeling Is You draws on a wide constellation of influences. Rooted in Boston’s clinical background as a hypnotherapist, the project also channels spiritual and metaphysical traditions including metaphor, ancient wisdom, religious philosophy, hallucinogenic medicine, shamanism, mentalism, The Kybalion (1908), magick, spellwork, cymatics, sound science, duality, numerology, ritual, poetry, and even fragments of collective expression found in social media.
In collaboration with Barcelona-based electronic duo Desert, these threads were woven into a meditative ambient suite. Spoken word, controlled tones, oscillating rhythms, and sung vocals intertwine with hypnotic suggestion to create a soundscape that is both expansive and intimate, inviting listeners into a state of reflection, healing, and renewal.
