Cobi was the mascot for the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games created by designer Javier Mariscal. He was formally introduced in 1987 and his name comes from the committee for the Barcelona Olympics, Coober.
After 22 years of its creation a whole generation of young people who grew up with Cobi want to pay a small tribute in this exhibition organized by Duduá. In this group artists and designers from Spain, Europe and South America pay their tribute to the mascot of the Olympic Games. There will also be a small Cobi memorabilia space.
The expo opened on Friday the 10th of July 2009 in Duduá at 20.00 and was on until the 31st of July.
